We try our best to coach you at times that work best for you. Generally speaking, coaching sessions are half hour, 45 minutes or an hour. If you are booking an initial consultation, which is free, a half hour will be sufficient. The initial consultation is important to determine if it is a good fit for both the coach and the coachee.
We provide a free half hour initial consultation. Thereafter, our fees depend on the type and length of our engagement with you.
Although each person’s situation is different, generally speaking, we recommend that you engage us for at least 6 coaching sessions with each session taking place approximately two weeks apart.
