What is Coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative partnership between a coach and a willing individual, which connects at the deep personal level of beliefs, values, and vision. It enables and empowers through a process of discovery, goal setting, and specific action. It helps take you from where you are and propels you forward, through whatever difficulty or block you may be facing.
How do I Know that Coaching is Right for Me?
Coaching is transformational. Every nurse is journeying through hard, unchartered territory. Have you ever worried or wondered, will I be able to do the best job I can? Can I provide the care my patients deserve? Will I be told “we’ll manage” even though it feels like my team is drowning? Have you grappled with the fear of whether or not you will exposed to Covid or bring it home to your family? How can I be there for my family when I’m dealing with so much stress at work? How do you work through all of these stressors and prevent experiencing burnout?

In the fast-paced world we live in, we often fail to take the time to intentionally plan out our personal and professional lives which can result in burning the candle at both ends, and feeling “not enough” on many fronts.
